The 100% owned, Berens Polymetallic property covers 22,220 ha in the Favourable Lake Greenstone Belt, located 200 km north of Red Lake, Ontario.

Midex acquired the past producing Berens Mine in 2020 through an acquisition, and enhanced the project with additional staking.

The Berens River Mine went into production in 1939, producing gold, silver, lead and zinc. The mine produced for nine years, closing in 1948.  Berens River Mines produced 158,000 ounces of gold, 5.8 million ounces of silver, 1.7 million pounds of zinc and 6.1 million pounds of lead.
